Notifications and Sanctions
The Athletics Integrity Unit team carries out its activities transparently so that all members of the athletics family - whether they be athletes, support members, administrators or fans - can gain a clear understanding of the work the AIU does to promote a clean sport. The Athletics Integrity Unit will publish all decisions and sanctions, whether they relate to an athlete, coach or any other member of the athletics community. We will also post decisions made by other bodies which might have an impact on our sport and athletes, such as decisions made by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).

Search the ineligible athletes & sanctions list
The Athletics Integrity Unit will post the outcome of each case it investigates. Any athlete, coach or other member of the athletics community found in breach of the rules will face a sanction.
Any decisions on a cases referred to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) will also be posted here.
Current cases being reviewed by the IAAF Ethics Board will continue through to their conclusion with this body. We will post their decisions here over the coming months but in the meantime visit the Ethics Board site here.
Under IAAF rules, these athletes are currently sanctioned from taking part in athletics competitions. The list, which was last updated on 1 March 2018, will be regularly updated by the Athletics Integrity Unit team.
