Pending Appeals
Every decision made by the IAAF Disciplinary Tribunal may be appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has the ultimate authority for determining the outcome of such cases.
A person has 30 days to appeal a decision after it is made.
This section of the site lists appeals that are currently pending.
The cases in this list will also appear in the list of First Instance Decisions. Cases will be removed from this list once an Appeal Decision is rendered.
